Moving from Numb to Present
This season can come with a lot of heaviness, depression, anxiety, and numbness. Tuning into mindfulness is an effective way to address these symptoms and awaken to full body presence.
In the present state, we can access feeling on a deeper level, enter into flow state, reprogram our subconscious mind and more. We can awaken to self love. This meditation is created for beginners, but all are welcome. You'll want to be in a quiet place where you can sit up comfortably. Loose clothing is recommended.
About Tara:
Tara is a shamanic practitioner, medium, and spiritual guide. Although it has been a lifelong process, her connection to Spirit opened up in early 2020 after a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening sent her on a journey of discovery to understand her newly awakened consciousness.
