Traumas experienced in this life and others can cause parts of our souls to fragment away from the whole. We tend to lock away the dark parts of ourselves that are hard to sit with. In order to embody our Divinity, we must dive deep into the shadows of ourselves to witness and integrate them into the wholeness of our being. Through energy work and Divine embodiment, we work together to call forth these shadows and bring them to the Light.

In energy work sessions, I call in high frequency healing Light to help bring you into alignment with your truth and to release that which is ready to be released. The energy work, along with the other steps of your embodiment, help to raise the frequency of your own energy. As you heal on a soul level, your awareness and that which you attract into your reality begins to change. You begin to live as the Embodied Empress, in total alignment with your own Sovereign Soul.
